Backpack Program
Each August/ September Town House provides school supplies and backpacks for children and youth in need.
This program is designed to remove some of the financial burden that families face during back-to-school season and to support the youth in our community in their learning journey.
Many community groups and individual community members make this program possible through their generous donations.
You can support our backpack program and youth in our community by donating school supplies, or funds that will enable us to purchase supplies.
Donations can be dropped off at Town House, 150 Commercial Street, Glace Bay, during regular office hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. all year long.
We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, or click the button below to make an online donation.
